Signage Installer

Why 3FM?
3FM is a signage manufacturing, installation, and design company serving commercial, industrial, and construction clients across a wide range of projects. Our installation team works on everything from individual sign installations to large, multi-phase programs involving thousands of signs across complex facilities and campuses.

As a Signage Installer, you’ll work closely with project managers and field leadership who understand the realities of installation work. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in seeing finished work come together, enjoys working in changing environments, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

A significant portion of our work supports large-scale data center and infrastructure projects, where safety, accuracy, coordination, and reliability are critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install architectural, ADA, wayfinding, identification, and other signage in data center and industrial environments

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, signage plans, installation details, and project documentation
  • Accurately document installation progress, site conditions, open items, and completed work using tablets, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Follow established safety procedures, site requirements, and project-specific installation standards
  • Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other installation equipment safely
  • Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
  • Use slower periods productively by performing site reviews, readiness checks, inventory organization, QA/QC, documentation, and other project-support activities
  • Travel to other project sites as needed when work in the Amarillo area is limited
